Are these accredited qualifications?
No. These are awareness-level e-learning courses that help you evidence that staff have received basic training. They support, but do not replace, formal or accredited training, competent advice or task-specific assessment where required.
How do staff complete the courses?
Staff complete courses online on any device: phone, tablet or desktop. Each course has short lessons and an end-of-course quiz with an 80% pass mark. On passing, a branded certificate is generated automatically.
Do completions update the training matrix?
Yes. When someone passes a course, their completion, score and certificate are recorded automatically in the training matrix, so you can see who is trained and what is due at a glance.
Can I train my whole team?
Yes. The add-on covers unlimited employees for one price, so you can train everyone without paying per seat or per course.
