If you joined on a Starter or Professional plan, or bought any of our previous add-ons, you keep the price and the access you already have as a founding customer. Nothing is migrated or re-priced. You can review or change your subscription any time from Plan & Billing.

Pricing questions
Do you charge per user?
No. There are no per-user charges within your plan. Each plan includes an employee allowance — 10 on Essentials, 50 on Professional, 150 on Complete and Construction — and everyone inside that allowance is covered by the one price.
How much does annual billing save?
Two months. Every plan's annual price is ten months' worth of the monthly price, so paying annually costs the same as paying monthly for ten months out of twelve.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial requires no card and creates no payment record. You enter payment details only when you choose to subscribe, so if you do nothing at the end of the trial you are simply not charged.
What happens to my existing plan?
Nothing. Customers on our founding Starter, Professional and add-on subscriptions keep their existing price and access. Those plans are no longer offered to new customers, but they are not being withdrawn, re-priced or migrated.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time from Settings › Plan & Billing, and the change is handled through the billing portal.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable.
