How much does Featherstone Safety Hub cost?
£49/month for Essentials, £99/month for Professional and £179/month for Complete. Construction, which adds full CDM project management, is £249/month. Every plan can be billed annually instead, which saves two months. There are no per-user charges within your plan and no setup fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try it free for 14 days, and no card is required to start. You only enter payment details when you decide to subscribe, so if you do nothing at the end of the trial you are simply not charged.
Do you work with councils and public bodies?
Yes. Public sector and multi-site organisations start from £1,800 per year, with assisted implementation from £495. We accept annual invoicing and purchase orders and can supply security and GDPR assurance documentation, so there is no card-payment route to navigate. Larger councils and multi-site deployments are quoted individually.

It was built by Thomas Featherstone, a Technical Member of IOSH (TechIOSH) who is NEBOSH IGC-qualified and IOSH Managing Safely-trained, but it doesn't replace professional advice where your business needs it. Many customers use it alongside a consultant.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your data is hosted on UK/EEA infrastructure with encrypted connections and role-based access. You can export your data at any time, and we never sell it.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Choose monthly billing with no long-term contract, or pay annually and save two months. The Hub is offline-first either way, so you can keep working without an internet connection and sync automatically when you reconnect.
