Switching questions
Is migration really free?
Yes. Assisted migration is included at no extra cost on every paid plan. We'll review your exports first and confirm exactly what can be moved, so there are no surprises.
Can you migrate everything from my current platform?
Not always. It depends on what your current provider lets you export and in what format. Structured exports such as spreadsheets and CSVs are usually straightforward; documents and PDFs can be stored and organised; some data may need re-entering. We'll tell you which is which before you switch.
I'm still under contract. Can I plan ahead?
Yes. Leave your contract end date below and we'll get in touch before your renewal. You can also start a free trial now to see whether the Hub suits you. We don't advise on your contract terms, so check your agreement for its notice period.
Do I need to run both systems at once?
Usually only briefly. Many people use the 14-day free trial to set up and check their records, then subscribe once they're happy, before their old contract ends.
Can I import records myself?
Yes. The Hub has a built-in CSV import for employees, training records, incidents, risk assessments and actions, so you can move simple lists yourself at any time.
