Featherstone Safety Hub supports practical UK health and safety management. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance. Employers and duty holders remain responsible for ensuring assessments, controls, supervision, training, maintenance and statutory duties are suitable, sufficient and implemented.

Regulatory framework

The Platform is designed to assist with recordkeeping and workflow management under UK health and safety legislation, including but not limited to:

• Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974
• Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999
• Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR)
• Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
• Display Screen Equipment Regulations 1992
• Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH)
• Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM)

The Platform assists recordkeeping only. It does not replace competent health and safety advice, statutory inspections, or professional engineering assessments.

Data protection

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is stored securely, processed only to deliver the service, and never sold to third parties. On cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request an export.

Competence and professional advice

The Platform assists recordkeeping and workflow management. It does not replace competent health and safety advice, fire risk assessment competence, statutory inspections, engineering assessments, or legal advice. Always engage a suitably qualified and competent person for professional health and safety matters.
